Chaz grew up in Coweta County, Georgia, and began his college career at Furman University before transferring to the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in Sport Management and Public Relations.
After graduating, he entered the private club industry, starting at the Golf Club of Amelia Island before helping Currahee Club in North Georgia transition into a private club model.
In his free time, Chaz enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends, and cares deeply about adopting and rescuing dogs.

Ana Marty is a hospitality professional whose career has been shaped by a passion for exceptional guest service, team development, and operational excellence within high end hospitality environments. With experience in the luxury yachting industry, she developed a strong foundation in white glove service, where attention to detail, discretion, and personalized guest care are essential. She believes the most memorable guest experiences are built on thoughtful details, consistency, and genuine personal connection.
Equally passionate about developing people, Ana has dedicated much of her career to educating and coaching hospitality teams to perform at their highest level. She has designed and delivered numerous training programs focused on service standards, operational efficiency, and guest experience. Ana thrives in dynamic environments where she can balance guest relations, team development, and operations, embracing the variety that comes with wearing many hats in hospitality and using it to continually elevate both team performance and the guest experience.

With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chris Gallaudet has built a career in high-end hospitality, private clubs, and large-scale event environments where exceptional food and guest experience go hand in hand. Most recently, he worked with the culinary team at one of the premier polo centers in Wellington, Florida, helping deliver elevated dining for international polo tournaments, member events, and high-profile galas.
Known for his calm leadership in fast-paced kitchens and passion for hospitality, Chris brings creativity, precision, and personality to every menu he develops. Whether leading a team through large-scale event service or creating memorable dining experiences for guests, he believes great food should bring people together and leave a lasting impression.

Originally from Maine, Lance has been a Golf Professional since 1994 and a Class A PGA Professional since 2002. He moved to Florida in 1995 and has worked at Broken Sound Club & Boca Grove as an Assistant Professional as well as Mizner Country Club and Parkland Golf & Country Club as the Head Professional.
During this time, he has been active in the PGA South Florida Section, participating in leadership roles such as serving on the Southeast Chapter Awards Committee, Tournament Committee and serving as Chapter Secretary. He has also been a 6-time participant in the South Florida PGA Nelson Cup and was the 2022 Southern Chapter Senior Champion and Senior Player of the Year.
With over 30 years of experience in the golf industry, Lance utilizes his wide array of experiences and dedication to the membership to provide a world class golf experience for our members, their families and their guests.

David Rusho is a Class A Golf Course Superintendent with extensive experience in turfgrass management and golf course operations. He brings a well rounded background working with a variety of turf types across different regions, allowing him to consistently deliver high level course conditions tailored to climate, playability, and member expectations.
Throughout his career, David has been recognized for his attention to detail, agronomic expertise, and ability to lead teams in maintaining premier golf environments. He has held roles at notable clubs including Trump National Doral and Apogee Club, where he has elevated course standards through innovative maintenance practices and thoughtful long term planning.
Known for his hands on leadership style and commitment to excellence, David consistently delivers exceptional playing conditions while balancing sustainability, efficiency, and the overall health of the course.

Briana is a proud mom to her 14-year-old son, Malachi and a devoted dog-mom to her two fur babies, Nola and Dinero. Family, loyalty, and balance are at the center of everything she does, and she values patience, leadership, and authenticity in all aspects of life.

Originally from Newark, Ohio, David is a Class A PGA Professional, as well as a Master Club Repair and Fitting Specialist and is also PGA Hope certified. He had been a Head Professional in Fargo, North Dakota for 8 years before moving to Florida.
David worked alongside renowned instructors Jim Flick, Martin Hall and Mike Adams at PGA National. This experience ignited his passion for golf instruction. His philosophy centers around getting to know his students, learning their skill level and devotion to the game while catering his teaching program to their needs.
David is an excellent player and is very active in the South Florida PGA Tournament Series. He has shot a career low 63 twice and has 20 Holes in One.
His programs include:
Individual Golf Instruction, Year-Round Junior Golf Clinics & Camps, Ladies Clinics, Expert Club Repair, and Expert Club Fitting Using the Latest Technology.
